Our 2nd Annual Menton Dinner Guest Speaker
Michael Schlitz, Army SFC and a combat-wounded Army Ranger
More on Michael:
Our first Menton Dinner held 7 December 2019 was a huge success and a very moving event. See pictures here. Our dinner this year will have all the same flair with a few surprises! A truly unique event honoring the First Special Service Force (FSSF) better known as the “Devils Brigade.” Our guest speaker, SFC (R) Michael Schlitz will share his unique perspective of the lineage from the FSSF to our modern day Army Rangers and his service experience in America’s Special Operations Forces. Additionally, we are planning to have Mae Krier, one of America’s original “Rosie the Riveters” return as our honored guest. She will share a few of her life experiences surrounding WWII.
Tickets: Each ticket include dinner, cigars, cocktails, music, parking, and one chance at a special drawing. This year we also added “table captains” as an option to purchase and “claim” a table of eight.
Sponsorship: We have several sponsorship opportunities and with each, you will get a package of table(s) and an unique sponsor’s event memento.
Dress: Business attire (dressy but not formal), WWII era uniforms, 1940s vintage attire, or come dressed as a “Rosie” to honor Mae and the women who fueled the war machine in the factories across our great Nation!
